How to Cancel an Order
You may cancel your order directly through our website or by contacting our support team. A reason for cancellation must be provided. Once approved, you’ll receive a cancellation invoice via email.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only via online transfer to your bank account. Customers must provide valid bank details.
- Refunds typically take up to 7 working days to reflect. We are not responsible for delays caused by the banking institution.
- Taxes, customs duties, and other government levies are non-refundable.
Valid Cancellation Scenarios
- Out of Stock: We may cancel your order if the product is unavailable. Partial orders may be processed if applicable.
- Non-Payment: Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be auto-cancelled.
- Delivery Delays: Customers may cancel due to delays. However, if the package has reached customs, applicable charges may be deducted.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item or dosage, report it within 7 days to be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
- Tampered Product: Products that arrive tampered can be cancelled and refunded if reported within 7 days of receipt.
