Return & Refund Policy

At USAMeds, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We encourage all customers to review our return and refund policy to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the order details and total amount.
  • After successful payment, a confirmation email with estimated delivery time will be sent.
  • If any item is out of stock or partially available, it will be clearly stated in your final invoice.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment.
  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
  • We recommend not changing the shipping address after dispatch to avoid delivery issues.

Customs Information (For International Orders)

  • Customs clearance may delay international deliveries by a few days to weeks.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs checks or duties levied.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking and following up if delivery is delayed beyond 14 days.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic orders: Delivered within a few days, subject to local conditions.
  • International orders: Typically delivered within 10–21 days, depending on customs processing.

Lost Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will either reship your order or issue a refund (excluding taxes/duties).
  • Please contact us within 21 days of dispatch; all requests must be made within 8 weeks of placing the order.
  • Requests made after 8 weeks are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a package with a broken or tampered seal, report it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligible returns will be picked up and reshipped after verification.
  • No returns or refunds will be processed after the 7-day window.
