Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the order details and total amount.
- After successful payment, a confirmation email with estimated delivery time will be sent.
- If any item is out of stock or partially available, it will be clearly stated in your final invoice.
Shipping & Tracking
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment.
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
- We recommend not changing the shipping address after dispatch to avoid delivery issues.
Customs Information (For International Orders)
- Customs clearance may delay international deliveries by a few days to weeks.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs checks or duties levied.
- Customers are responsible for tracking and following up if delivery is delayed beyond 14 days.
Delivery Timeline

Lost Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, we will either reship your order or issue a refund (excluding taxes/duties).
- Please contact us within 21 days of dispatch; all requests must be made within 8 weeks of placing the order.
- Requests made after 8 weeks are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
Returns & Refunds
- If you receive a package with a broken or tampered seal, report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible returns will be picked up and reshipped after verification.
- No returns or refunds will be processed after the 7-day window.
